The design draws on familiar archetypes of the region, reinterpreted in a refined and contemporary way. Clean lines and carefully considered openings give the façades a quiet rhythm, while subtle detailing adds depth and precision.

A palette of reclaimed materials introduces richness and texture, lending the house a sense of permanence and authenticity. This material approach is continued throughout the interior, where spaces are generous, filled with natural light, and composed with a strong sense of proportion.
