Designed as a place to gather, this table is conceived as a place for coming together. Shaped from solid wood, its generous yet restrained form invites people to sit naturally around it — close enough to share a moment, yet far enough apart to feel at ease. The softly flowing outline guides the way people gather—side by side, slightly offset—encouraging conversation without formality.

The tabletop is defined by a subtle inlay that brings depth and warmth to the surface. Developed as a modular element, it allows the table to shift in mood and character, adapting to different spaces and atmospheres. Available in three sizes, the design adapts seamlessly to both intimate corners and expansive rooms, inviting connection in any setting.

Designed by Hervé Beel, founder of RV Architects, the table reflects an architectural and material-driven approach to design. Hervé’s work frequently begins with reclaimed materials, letting the material speak through texture and form. This philosophy shaped the original table, created for a specific request and inspired by the quiet presence of the forest—subtle traces of wildlife and delicate imprints among the red beeches.

The table is now presented as a distinct design piece, offered in a range of inlay colors. Complementary pieces—a matching bench and stool—allow the ensemble to be completed seamlessly. Together they create a cohesive dining setting that balances form, function and material presence.

Crafted using special painting techniques, the table in weathered oak features a custom-made inlay for seating six people, inspired by the quiet presence of the forest-subtle traces of wildlife and delicate imprints among the red beeches.
