RESIDENCE TB – A RURAL DWELLING INTEGRATED WITHIN THE LANDSCAPE

This project is a thorough transformation of a single-family dwelling, carefully embedded in an open and expansive landscape. The intervention redefines the existing structure through a substantial renovation, establishing a clear and composed architectural language.

The program combines a 1,000 m³ single-family residence with a private office, a detached outbuilding for sheep husbandry and a discreetly positioned swimming pool. Together, they form a modest ensemble that remains deliberately understated within its natural surroundings.

The use of natural and reclaimed materials reinforces the connection to the landscape, while a high level of detailing ensures precision and coherence throughout. The dwelling is conceived to frame its wide views without asserting itself upon the site—present, yet restrained, and carefully integrated into its environment.
