RESIDENCE NKD – A STATELY TOWNHOUSE IN NOKERE-DORP

– Urban living shaped with timeless elegance. –

This project is the complete rebuilding of a semi-detached single-family townhouse, with a total volume of 1,000 m³. The design reinforces the existing urban grain and re-establishes a clear and dignified presence within the streetscape.

The façade is composed with a strict rhythmic order. Openings and masonry are carefully aligned to create balance, repetition, and proportion, reinforcing the stately character of the house within its context.

Inside, the plan is structured with living spaces oriented towards the garden and service areas positioned more compactly. The organisation is clear and restrained, with each space defined in relation to light and the surrounding context.

The result is a precise and grounded rebuild that respects the scale of the village and reinforces the architectural rhythm of Nokere-Dorp.
