RESIDENCE KTS – A CLASSICAL DWELLING WITHIN A RURAL SETTING

This project is the realisation of a single-family residence with a total volume of 1,000 m³, set within an expansive rural landscape of open fields, mature vegetation, and distant views. The composition brings together a main house, a detached outbuilding incorporating a swimming pool enclosed within garden walls, and a secondary stable dedicated to grazing animals.

The architecture is grounded in a classical language, defined by clear proportions and order. The main volume establishes a calm and recognisable presence, while the rear volume defines outdoor spaces and maintains a direct relationship with the surrounding landscape.

Together, these elements form a coherent and balanced ensemble, embedded within the existing topography.
